IMPORTANT

The agent server must be able to communicate with vSOC servers on TCP port 443.

The agent must be installed on servers with direct access to all internal resources, including firewalls, SIEM, Exchange, and similar systems.

The agent service must have full control over the
C:\Program Files (x86)\D3security\D3PlaybookAgentfolder.-
Full control may be impeded by factors such as improperly configured service account permissions, EDR tools, firewalls, and antivirus software after download.

If web proxy is enabled in the network environment, the web proxy IP must be configured in the D3PlaybookAgent.exe.config file during the installation. See How to Configure Internet Proxy Settings.
