A group is a collection of users in D3. It helps organizations manage access to data and is essential for maintaining an organized access control policy.
Adding a Group

Navigate to Configuration > Organization Management > Groups.

Click on + Add Group.

Fill in the fields.

Enter a Group Name.

(Optional) Enter a description for the group.

Set the Security Level (more information on this can be found here).

Ensure that the Active box is checked to enable the group for use.

Adding Users to a Group

Click on a Group, select the Users tab, and then click on the Add or Remove Users button.

Choose the users to add and save.
