Subsequent Configuration Updates

When a user's configuration, including last name, password, or tenant-site access, has been updated, administrators in the master instance must synchronize the changes with the tenant sites.

CAUTION

  • The checkmarks in the Select Sites popover reflect users' current site-access state.

  • Selecting a checkbox adjacent to a Frame 16 (1).png or image 2-20251116-200501.png indicator applies the selection to all nested items.

    • Administrators who update site access for a limited set of users must exercise caution to avoid modifying other users and extending site access beyond the intended scope.
